We’re a small, local team not a big company with faceless crews. You’ll see the same people from start to finish and we take pride in doing work we’re happy to put our names to.
Who We Are
4 Woods Carpentry & Construction was built on the idea that a good reputation is earned, not claimed. Most of our work comes from word of mouth and we do our best to keep it that way.
We’ve spent years working on homes around Swansea, learning how to keep things simple, tidy, and done right.

Our Story
4 Woods started to make carpentry and building work easier, clearer and better for local people. The aim was always to bring forward thinking, problem solving and real quality to every job, from the first phone call right through to completion and beyond.
We use the skills and experience we’ve built up over the years, but we’re also always learning and sharing what we know whether that’s with clients, apprentices or other trades. If a job needs someone else, we either know the right person or take the time to find them, so clients never have to chase around.
At the end of the day, 4 Woods was started to take the stress out of hiring trades, set a better standard and help more people get jobs done right.
What Matters To Us
Keeping promises: If we say we’ll be there, we turn up. If something changes, you’ll hear it from us not after the fact.
Honest advice: We’ll tell you if a job can wait, or if there’s a better way to do it. If we can’t help, we’ll put you in touch with someone who can.
Tidy work: We treat your home with respect, protect what needs covering, and clear up before we leave.
No drama: You get updates as things go along. No surprises, no sudden price jumps, and no chasing us for answers.
